How do you ensure plants arrive safely during shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the root ball and protect delicate foliage. Each plant is hand-inspected and hydrated right before boxing to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in peak condition.
What is your policy if a plant arrives damaged?
We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant is damaged during transit, simply email us a photo of the plant and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Do you provide care instructions for each plant?
Yes, every order includes a detailed digital care guide tailored to your specific species, covering light requirements, watering schedules, and humidity tips to help your new greenery thrive.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Because we deal with live goods that require immediate preparation for transit, we cannot make changes once the shipping process has begun.
Do you ship during extreme weather conditions?
To protect the health of your plants, we may temporarily hold shipments during periods of extreme heat or freezing temperatures. We will notify you via email if your order is being held for weather-related safety.
Are your pots and planters included with the plant purchase?
All plants are shipped in standard nursery grow pots unless otherwise stated. We offer a wide selection of decorative ceramic and terracotta planters that can be added to your order separately.
