At Watson's Greenhouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If you are not happy with your items, we offer a 30-day return window for most non-living goods and home decor items.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or visit our service desk in-store with your original order number and receipt to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that all home decor pieces are well-protected and tags remain attached.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it at any authorized carrier location, or simply bring the items directly to our greenhouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
